Returns and Exchanges Policy
While we hope you love your WildBody purchase, in the event it doesn’t quite work out, we’re here to help. See below for our returns and exchanges policy.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags (and hygiene stickers, where applicable) still attached. We request items are tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.
Refunds, Credits, & Exchanges
- We offer store credit or exchange on eligible returns.
- Store credit has no expiry and can be used on any future purchase.
- Refunds to the original payment method are available only if the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
For size exchanges within Australia, WildBody will cover the shipping one way as a courtesy.
International size exchanges are also welcome, but return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.

Refund Exclusions
Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.
