5. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver Australia-wide. Shipping times and costs are outlined at checkout. While we aim to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers (where applicable) still attached. Items must be free from deodorant, makeup, marks, stains, odours or any other signs of wear.

For hygiene reasons, we ask that items are tried on over underwear.

We offer store credit or exchange on eligible returns.
Store credit has no expiry and can be used on any future purchase.
Refunds to the original payment method are available only if the item is faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
The customer covers return postage
WildBody covers the postage to send the exchanged item back to the customer

International size exchanges are also welcome, but return shipping is to be paid for by the customer.
