Every WildBody order ships directly from our HQ in Geraldton, Western Australia (postcode 6530), packed with care using low-impact materials that reflect our commitment to the planet. We keep our shipping rates fair, our timelines fast, and our packaging plastic-free, because every detail matters.

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Geraldton HQ.

  • A plantable thank-you card included with all launch orders, plant it and grow wildflowers

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your WildBody pieces, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

  • 14-day returns on full-priced items
  • Exchanges available, pending size availability
  • Refunds provided as store credit

All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Preorder Policy

From time to time we may offer products forpre-order. This means the item is not currently in stock but is available to purchase in advance.

The expected shipping timeframe will be clearly listed on the product page at the time of purchase.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held and shipped together once thepre-order item becomes available. If you would prefer items to ship separately, please place separate orders.

Please note that shipping timeframes for pre-orders are estimates and may occasionally change due to manufacturing or supplier delays. If there are any significant changes to the expected dispatch date, we will notify customers via email.

Once your pre-order item arrives at our warehouse, your order will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible.

If you wish to alter your preorder ahead of dispatch, please get in contact with us directly, and include your order number and information.
